Steady State Program Deposit + Intake

$175.00

For graduate students who need the grades, the organization skills, the personal time and social life all tied together ….

Why I Created ‘Steady State’

  • I created this after seeing stress, lack of balance and visible anxiety in peers during graduate school and with new grad workers

  • This is a preventative program graduate student or the new grad who is figuring out work life balance, and need to PASS their classes

  • This program solves your organization problem and helps you pursue passions and hobbies while working

  • My expertise in teaching and occupational therapy will help launch you into your capstone, thesis or dissertation process

  • To provide better mental health, self efficiency and pride in your newfound skill set utilizing my Bachelors of Science in Psychology

  • To formulate a Game-plan that you and I will work on together

  • As a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with a Certificate in Teaching, I feel equipped to help YOU!

If that’s you, here’s what awaits you inside the Steady State Mentorship program:

#1 Meet with Me

First step would be a phone call or zoom meeting with me to discuss your goals as intimately as you want, with notes taken by me in both note and ‘drawing board’ form. This meeting should last anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes. This would essentially be an intake meeting/a meeting to get to know you!

#2 Weekly Spreadsheet

Once we have met, I will create a spreadsheet for you of goals that, together, we feel is achievable on a weekly basis. This spreadsheet can change over time, but it will be created for a weekly basis for up to 4 weeks! This helps provide data to show me how you are doing.

#3 Assignment Assistance

For those of you in graduate school, capstone assignments may be coming up, along with papers, projects and other APA formatted work that requires a sharp eye. I can provide edits and send them back to you, as well as advice on the capstone process and how research ties into your future clinical/work life. This will be done via email with interactive edits/photocopies of work with handwritten notes or edits.

#4 Weekly Phone Call for 4 Weeks

If phone calls or video works for you, we will talk on the phone to discuss your goals and how your week went. As a professional with mental health training, this can be a time to divulge a little bit deeper into your thoughts and feelings. I can provide you with an open and non judgemental ear, provide insight and encourage to keep moving forward. This will be scheduled with me via Google meet and will be planned in advance for a recurring time slot for the full 4 weeks.

#5 Physical Fitness + Somatic Integration

A steady mind requires a steady body. As a Pilates enthusiast and dancer, I integrate physical wellness into your schedule. For those in the NYC area, I provide curated lists of gyms, trainers, and movement programs to ensure you are giving back to the body that carries your brain.
